I have uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, searched the system settings, played around in the device manager, and just recently completely wiped the hard drive and reinstalled Windows 10.Īfter the last step, the problem still persists. The keyboard's backlight used to work when I first got the laptop. Basically, I've done just about every possible troubleshooting step. I have had this issue for months now, and I don't remember whether or not it happened after I got the laptop back from a screen repair or after some type of Windows 10 update.
